If a cleaning product was as effective as this hand cream Cleansheets would stop using it on the grounds that it must be dangerous. I am assuming that something that encourages the growth of strong healthy nails on someone who has struggled for years to grow any, is not dangerous - just a great discovery.
So, you're thinking it must be in the Creme de la Mer price bracket, thankfully no... it's the widely available and moderately priced Body Shop that has come up with the Vitamin E Hand and Nail Treatment which costs 12.50 euro. That's not the cheapest hand cream I ever bought but it's cheaper than the highly acclaimed Clarins Hand and Nail Cream and my nails never grew like this with that (still love the smell of the Clarins one though).
Not a great photo (but at least you'll know what you're looking for.)
As my hands are frequently in and out of water all day I apply it only twice - going to bed and when I sit down at my desk at work in the mornings, they are the two times in my day it has the best chance to work before the next dunking.
This would be a good gift for any woman... sometimes I don't have enough small personal gift ideas but I think this one is good. I'd certainly be delighted with a tube anytime.
I bought this upon your recommendation the last time I saw you and went from NO Nails (I am a nail biter) to fab nails in 3 weeks. Rubbed it in morning and night as was determined to have a manicure and nice nails to be painted for a wedding. My nails are now fab, with friends commenting that I didn't even grow my nails for my own wedding!

Delighted it worked for you too Annemarie. Housework is really bad for nails especially washing up so give that up if at all possible! otherwise don't forget your rubber gloves.
